I have only wanted to be an actress since....well ever since I knew that was a thing. And I've been blessed to be able to do that in form or another all my life.
Mostly stage, whether in Florida with the edgy Per4Mants Theatre Co. or "somewhat" less edgy Orlando Childrens Theatre to California with Sierra Madre Playhouse, Canyon Theatre Guild or the Rep East Playhouse I am most at home "on the boards".
In 1994, along with my husband, I co-founded Eclipse Theatre in Hollywood, dedicated to original pieces and Greek adaptations. I wrote and starred in my one woman shows "Trailer Villa" and "A Trailer Villa Christmas" bringing to life a trailer park family from Sweet Home Oregon.
When we created Sideshow Pictures, we took that family to the screen in 1999 with our short film "Away in a Trailer", which showed at the LA Int'l Shorts Fest and Slamdance that same year.
I've appeared on TV in "Grace & Frankie", "Veep", "Love", "Newgirl", and "Arrested Development" to name a few. I've been heard in the Marion Koshland Science Museum walking adults and school kids alike through the lifespan of a fruitfly to our "changing environement".
My latest project has been a lifetime in the making. "Credit Only" is a sit com I'm writing about keeping your dream alive when things like life want to take over. It's a dark comedy.
